Delivery or shipping method:
We use DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx to deliver or ship products. Your order will be delivered on working days by a courier. If you are not at home during the first delivery, the package will be offered to your neighbors if possible
Undeliverable packages:
Suppose a package cannot be delivered because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to change address before the goods are sent. If the item is already shipped, the customer will be charged with no refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
IMPORTANT:
Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping and billing address. If you realize that this is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the product has already been shipped a refund cannot be processed until the product has been returned to us.
Our commitment is to maintain sufficient stock levels whenever possible. In instances where goods are not currently available, the potential waiting period is capped at a maximum of two weeks.
